[UIFe] New Xubuntu wallpaper

Bug Description

Upload the new wallpaper for Xubuntu 14.04.

We will need to upload two new binary files to the xubuntu-artwork package. In addition, we will need to update a symlink in the same package (to point to the new wallpaper instead of the Saucy one).
