Inkscape mnemonics parsed incorrectly

Bug Description
A regression with Inkscape and unity-gtk-module occurred. Menu item underscores are no longer parsed as mnemonics, and result in ugly menu item labels with visible underscores. Also several criticals are emitted (they're not present when run with UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=).
