Bug Description
would be nice if I could query currently available frameworks for creating a click chroot.
I don't have a real preference on how the interface should look like,
maybe
click list-frameworks [prefix]
click list-frameworks --stable [prefix]
e.g. click list-framework ubuntu-
e.g. click list-framework

Having a command for this sounds good. I did a trivial implementation happy to adjust as needed. If we anticipate more actions around a framework (maybe show) we could make "list" a subcommand of "framework", e.g. "click framework list". Feedback/direction welcome.
