Bug Description
Version 3.3.1 of gThumb (the one currently packaged for Trusty) uses the new GNOME header bars. It does this in every environment, meaning that when using Unity there are no window decorations save when the window is maximized, and then there are two window titles. This is inconsistent with any other application in Ubuntu.
There is some talk from the developers about adding an option for desktop environments other than GNOME shell (see: https:/
This version should therefore be patched if possible (as has been done with Nautilus/Files and a few other programs I believe) or, more simply, the version used in Saucy (3.0.2) should be used as default. The later option would make sense considering Trusty is an LTS release.
Thanks.

If we have to revert, we should only go to 3.2.6, since saucy's version is very old.
If a patch is provided, the upstream dev said he would carry it.
