Bug Description
The apache default page in trusty is debian branded (attached). It says "Apache2 Debian Default Page" and has the Debian logo. That's misleading, since this is ubuntu, not debian.

Thanks. I think that it is misleading for an Ubuntu installation where we have changed packaging to say that it is Debian. I presume that Debian developers would generally agree too, so we should fix this.
