Bug Description

using 14.04 trusty, the aptitude install or remove package tries to upgrade from libc6 2.18 to libc6 2.19 but when is upgrading, it crashes the computer (freezes without no mouse, no consoles, nothing). I turn off power and on to restart the computer. Then i try to run dpkg --configure -a but it keeps freezing and does not appear to have a solution on this.

I had 12.10 then updated all the time until 14.04 alpha. Since i was accumultaing too many problems i made a fresh install of 14.04 alpha 2 and the problems disappeared. But someone making updates might keep having problems.
