GTG untranslated in Ubuntu 13.10

On the Launchpad page of the project, everything seems to be translated in GTG.
But, if I install it via the Software Centre, it's all in english. With the PPA, it's the same thing.

I can see that not entire text is being shown in localized format. I am attaching a screenshot
