Bug Description
When I resume my laptop after suspending it for some time, the date and time display still shows the time I last used it. It seems to update only when the minute changes.
I'm using format 'date, then time', and custom display format '%a %d %b'.

When the user resumes, it takes a short while before the time updates to the current time; in the meantime, it displays the time-of-suspend.
