software updater not working (trying to upgrade realease)

I'm trying to upgrade the ubuntu release but the software updater stop working on checking the new release available.

For some reason the release upgrader was not able to find the ubuntu-minimal package on your mirror (gt.archive.ubuntu.com). Perhaps try another mirror or try the upgrade again in the hope that your mirror is working now.

my Ubuntu updated.
