Bug Description

One of the ubuntu-system-settings panels stopped working with the december ubuntu-ui-toolkit in trusty (downgrading to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/0.1.46+14.04.20131118-0ubuntu1 resolves the issue). The problem still exists with the current trunk version

Note that the security-privacy -> dash panel is displaying empty due to that. We can probably drop the column but that code used to work and seems "valid"?
