Bug Description
In a bug report from earlier this week:
https:/
..some work was done in MAAS so that images being deployed via fastpath would honor package archive settings. In other words, this would allow you to leverage your local mirrors instead of archive.ubuntu.com.
We found out that this works for Trusty, but not Precise. If possible, it'd be nice to try and retro-fit the things that worked for Trusty onto Precise.

@Scott,
mind if i take this and work on a backport for Precise? AFAICT it shouldn't be that invasive.
Thanks
