Fastpath installer does not pick up package mirror settings from MAAS

When deploying an image in MAAS with the fastpath installer, package archive settings in MAAS are not honored. I.e. setting the path for 'main archive' has no effect. Even hard-coding the path in /etc/maas/preseeds/curtin_userdata has no effect. (Example attached.)

This setting works properly when using the Debian installer.

This seeems to apply to rsyslog settings as well.

So from the code that I can see is you can configure the apt mirrors
within the curthooks_commands stanza, ie

curthooks_commands:
  apt_mirrors: http://localhost/repo

It looks like you may have been missing the 's' for cloud-init to
pick up that config variable during install
