unity click files icon(files opened in another partion) open a new window(Home directory)

Here how can i repeat the bug :
1) click the folder icon ( nautilus shows up in home directory)
2) in nautilus select another partition( nautilus goes to the partition directory)
3) lauche another application from unity firefox for example.
4) now click the icon of the opened nautilus(directory in another partition than the home folder partition ).
5) unity opens a new instance of nautilus (home directory) to show up the window that i want i have to do scrolle the mouse.

Ubuntu 13.10 64bit (clean install)
Files (Nautilus) version 3.8.2

I can't confirm that and it's the first report we got about it. Does it happen in a guest session? Did you hack your launcher configuration/nautilus .desktop entries?

As i said before new and clean install without any hack.
This problem happen just in partitions that have auto-mount Off .
(I tried with live ubuntu 13.10 64bit and the same problem happen again)
