When I click on files icon in unity launcher, new nautilus window open but minimized window doesn't restore

First I open nautilus by clicking Files icon in unity launcher. Then I minimize it by clicking minimize button in title bar. Then, as I mentioned in summery, When I click on files icon in unity launcher, new nautilus window open but minimized window doesn't restore. And then I click files icon again. Then two windows appear as overview. (with close button) It doesn't happen every time.

Im using Ubutnu 13.04, 32bit version. (update regularly)

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

This bug its iritating me and for that i change ubuntu 14.04 with LM Mate 17 that works better,i don't know why canonical do nor repaired this bug.
