Bug Description
Desktop file does not use command line correctly in Exec parameter. This leaves supplying arguments to the file manager's consideration, such as it is. For example, Nautilus simply does not show in "open with..." lists any applications that don't have explicitly requested arguments, whether they have MimeType line or not.
The fix is trivial: change "Exec=xarchiver" to "Exec=xarchiver %f" - or %u if it's supposed to open URLs.
