VMware: Document that the VDS port group should be ephemeral

When deploying with nova-network and the vSphere Distributed Switch (VDS) the port group that is created in VDS, which by default is br100, should be ephemeral. We should document this since the default value when creating a port group with VDS is static binding.     Add content clarifying that the port binding for the br100 port
    group must be configured as ephemeral in vCenter. Included link
    to a KB article that discusses port bindings.
