Does not respect aspect ratio of some videos

Audience does not show the movie wide.
Here is ffmpeg output :

Stream #0:0(eng): Video: h264 (High) (avc1 / 0x31637661), yuv420p, 720x576 [SAR 64:45 DAR 16:9], 723 kb/s, 25 fps, 25 tbr, 12800 tbn, 50 tbc (default)

There seems to be same issue with pantheon-files video thumbs, should I file a bug too ?

I've got files, recorded from TV, but they are few GB heavy. I think the problem comes from pixel ratio.

I am wondering if maybe this has something to do with mkv files that were renamed to avi for compatibility purposes? I will check with non mkv files to see.
