Bug Description
Is there any planned support for newer versions of libfcgi, like the 2009 snapshot of version 2.4.1 (which, I guess, should be considered as stable)?
The source can be found here: http://
From what I've seen, other than the already included patches to the 2.4.0 source, autoconf related macros need to be rebuilt in order for the package to build successfully.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
http:// www.fastcgi. com/dist/ suggests to me that upstream don't consider 2.4.1 stable yet. In Ubuntu, we generally follow what Debian does, and Debian is also on 2.4.0. So the answer to your question is that there are no current plans to update. If you'd like to see this package updated, the easiest route would be to ask the Debian maintainers to update and see what they say.
