[HP Pavilion 15] Wireless key is not working

The wireless key is not working on this system

Steps:
1. Install 12.04.3 + update (3.8.0-34)
2. Press the wireless key to see if it can turn on/off the wireless connection

Expected result:
* Wireless key shold work properly

Actual result:
* Wireless key not responding, however, the wireless still can be disabled by using the NetworkManager

Debugging information:
"showkey" command - key press events were not detected
"xev" command - key press events were not detected
"acpi_listen" - key press events were not detected

Verified on 3.13.0-65, wireless key works on 201307-13902 and 201307-14029
