gtk pixmap engine doesn't render svg images.

Binary package hint: gtk2-engines-pixbuf

Widgets appear as blank, wherever the gtk theme uses svg images. No problem with png images. gtk2-engines-pixbuf version is 2.11.5-1ubuntu1.

Thank you for your bug. Do you have anything about that to ~/.xsession-errors? What theme do you use? That's likely something in your configuration because nobody else opened a bug about it and many users would have noticed if GTK was broken

It appears to be fixed since 2.11.5-1ubuntu1. Current engine version is
2.11.6-1ubuntu1, and the problem is gone, there's no need to test I guess.
Anyhow, the problem was looking like this:
