Bug Description

Ubuntu Raring 13.04 and inkscape 0.48.4-0.1ubuntu2

Copy and paste doesn't work inside the same window or among Inkscape windows.

After checking for a while, I've figured out that the problem seems to be that I had parcellite opened.

Once I close parcellite, copy & paste works again in Inkscape.
