It sugest me to update my OS so I accept it then it crashes alone, I have also opened a firefox window doing some stuff

Ubuntu 13.10 is no longer supported and looking at the log files this was likely a temporary issue communicating with the mirror of Ubuntu that you use. Subsequently, I am setting the bug to Won't Fix.
