Web interface to control Nuvola Player remotely from other devices (PC, tablet, phone)

Nuvola Player currently focuses on system integration to a desktop session it is currently running in. However, some users might want to control Nuvola Player from another device over network, e.g. a computer in another room, tablet or phone.

Nuvola Player could provide:

- a HTTP/JSON server interface providing playback details (song name, album name, album art, artist name, playback status) and playback controls (previous/next song, play/pause).

- HTML user interface (web page) that act as a client for the server interface and can be accessed via a web browser

I could be also possible to create native Adroid application that connects to the server interface, see bug #1254434 for details and discussion. https://bugs.launchpad.net/nuvola-player/+bug/1254434
