Searching for WIFI network fail on Linaro Android 4.4 Panda builds

It is observed with Linaro Android 4.4 Panda 13.11 Release Candidate:

Searching for WIFI network is failed. Unable to find any access point network.

from the serial log:

Hi,

Hereby i have attached a patch which solves the wifi issuse with Linaro Android 4.4 Panda builds.

It works well for me,i was able to connect to my wifi network .
please try applying this patch and if any issues let me know.

Test & verified with Linaro Android 4.4 TI-Panda 13.12 builds:

Searching for wifi & Pairing with Network is Done successfully can access the network.
This bug can be considered as fixed.
