ipw2200 intel wireless driver not the latest

the ipw2200 intel wireless driver is not the latest and is causing problems for aircracker whic is also not up to date with the latest files. The latest versions fix up a lot of problems. When i run Airodump it trashes because of problems with old drivers and exceptions that are not caught which is now fixed in the new versions.

What version of Ubuntu are you using ?

The latest version I think its 7.04

So you need to try Gutsy 7.10 Beta.. it should have that driver updated.. it's very stable, you can do the upgrade.
