extensions are turned off after reboot / hibernation

Bug Description

Hi!

in Gnome-Shell 3.10, after reboot and hibernation all extensions are turned
off, and i have to turn them on manually.

I didnt have this problem in Gnome-Shell 3.8.x

how can i fix this ?
