Bug Description
After upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10, the drawer opens with only the first row of icons visible, and a scroll-bar to get to the rest of them. Upon clicking on the 'setting' icon at the top - and clicking 'close' the drawer resizes itself to what it should have been.

The 13.10 version in the ppa fixes this issue. Please reactivate the ppa
after the upgrade, or if you purchased in the software center, add the ppa:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ian- berke/ppa- drawers
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
