Martin: please read the diff very very carefully. The changes you're about to drop are a completely different packaging by Hub Figuiere. You don't even credit him in your Debian packaging.

Please talk to Hub before overwriting his package.

Daniel:

It seems I missed the latest patch when I uploaded it.
You are right, there are differences in the Ubuntu package.

It also seems I missed crediting Hub Figuiere in the changelog, I will make sure I do in the next update with the patch applied.

Sorry about the mixup, I'm still getting the hang of things.

Seems to me that the patch you said you have missed is actually fixed in your package anyway. Could you confirm it ?
If so, hub is ok with the sync, so we can do it :)

Cheers

Yes, that's why I haven't uploaded a new version.
You should be able to sync without introducing new bugs.

Whoops, too fast, this doesn't sync:

 [dpkg-source output:] dpkg-source: error: file exifprobe_2.0.1.orig.tar.gz has size 260565 instead of expected 276473

We have a differnet orig.tar.gz than Debian, this needs a fake sync (a 2.0.1-1build1 upload).

exifprobe (2.0.1-1build1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Fake-sync due to different md5sum of the .orig.tar.gz (LP: #124964).
