Bug Description
WALinuxAgent has a current version of 2.0.1, while our archives have version 1.3.2. Per MS request, we need to update to the latest version.

* Update to latest upstream version 2.0.3 (LP: #1249052). datasaver packages as no longer needed. patches/ disable_ provisioning. patch: disable provisioning patches/ disable- udev-rules. patch: disable UDEV rule mangling
- use python-setuptools to do installation, dropping the {pre,post}insts
- dropped the walinuxagent-
- use packaged default configuration file by default.
