This Ethernet controller works fine on 12.04.2 / 12.04.3 stock Ubuntu.

But its not included in the e1000e driver on 3.2 kernel (stock & 3.2.0-55)

since we already have this Ethernet controller supported in 3.8 kernel,
I will mark Precise series as Won't Fix
