[HDP] HDP plugin does not support Cinder

Although the UI allows selection of cinder volumes, and those volumes are created, they are not utilized by the HDP plugin for HDFS/MAPRED. The plugin needs to make the appropriate configuration changes at runtime to take advantage of the created and mounted volumes.

    Add support for cinder to HDP plugin

    Though cinder volumes can be selected thru the UI during node group
    template creation, the volumes were not being utilized as expected
    by the HDP plugin.
