I can't install 13.10 from 13.04

Bug Description

I tried to install ubuntu 13.10 but it said that possibilities of my error are that i have a pre-release version(false) or a unnoficial version(false) so... what to do?

Reviewing the files from your upgrade attempt you seem to have enabled the xorg-edgers-ppa. This will prevent the upgrade as that PPA contains different versions of packages essential to Ubuntu. The page, https://launchpad.net/~xorg-edgers/+archive/ppa, contains details on to how to revert to the official Xorg packages.

It not work exactly, because I had more incompatibilities, so I decided to
make a clean install of 13.10 instead of try to fix all.
