Bug Description

There's no clear visual difference between a list header (generally just text) and list items (often but not always responsive to clicks), which is confusing.

Perhaps the listitems.css style for the header should have a larger font size or some other means of visually indicating it is a header:
 [data-role="list"] header {
...
}

Adnane took this screenshot of how the list with headers looks in teh Ubuntu SDK QML: http://i.imgur.com/yyeDizx.png

So the HTML should mimic that (notice for example the difference in indentation)

Here's how a list looks now in html (attached).

Note the lack of indentation on the header "My List Header".
