list header is not visually different from list items

Bug Description
There's no clear visual difference between a list header (generally just text) and list items (often but not always responsive to clicks), which is confusing.
Perhaps the listitems.css style for the header should have a larger font size or some other means of visually indicating it is a header:
[data-role="list"] header {
...
}

So the HTML should mimic that (notice for example the difference in indentation)
