When you choose the configurable theme for an institution, the color pickers are displayed below the drop-down menu and the page skins options instead of directly below the theme option.

Reordering elements in admin institution form (bug 1242591)

had accidentially added new fields between the theme selector and the
customtheme colour selector box - so moved them to appear after it
instead.
