VMware: driver must register opts in global space

Since the driver is not registering opts in global space.
The doc tool is unable to auto-generate table for driver options.

    VMware: Registering vmdk opts in global space

    Registering vmdk_opts in the patch. This will make sure the documentation
    tool will auto generates a table for the driver config params.
