I18n: Untranslated title text shown on some project pages

Some project title text are not translated. These title text should be translated.

Following are the places where title text is not translated -

1> openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/databases/templates/databases/detail.html:6: {% include "horizon/common/_page_header.html" with title="Database Detail: "|add:instance.name %}

2>openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/database_backups/templates/database_backups/details.html:6: {% include "horizon/common/_page_header.html" with title="Backup Detail: "|add:backup.name %}
