oprofile does not build in pbuilder

Bug Description

Building the oprofile source package in pbuilder does not work because the configure script checks for the presence of the "oprofile" user.

As pbuilder constructs a fresh cleanroom for each build, the oprofile user is not present and the build fails.

This can be fixed by passing --disable-account-check as an addition configure parameter in debian/rules.
