Bug Description
On phone image #96:
- press settings, accounts
- try adding an u1 account
- during the login process, exit (back or kill the settings app)
-> you will get an empty u1 account, the click scope will show an "install button" without any feedback on press

This happens again on the 14.10 image builds, as online-accounts now uses the new headers, so the workaround we had in place for this, no longer works.
There are a couple of ways to get a broken/empty account at the moment.
