Evolution is not localized in Ubuntu 13.10

All the language-pack-gnome-*-base have the old evolution-3.6.mo and need to be updated to Evolution 3.8

A temporary partial fix would be:

sudo ln -s /usr/share/locale-langpack/$LANGUAGE/LC_MESSAGES/evolution-3.6.mo /usr/share/locale-langpack/$LANGUAGE/LC_MESSAGES/evolution-3.8.mo
sudo ln -s /usr/share/locale-langpack/$LANGUAGE/LC_MESSAGES/evolution-data-server-3.6.mo /usr/share/locale-langpack/$LANGUAGE/LC_MESSAGES/evolution-data-server-3.8.mo

Do this only if you know what you are doing, as when this bug will be fixed there will probably be conflicts.

The template failed to import. We've just had it do that and it should be included in Saucy soon.

A bit ago I have changed the template name (it's versioned :(), so older templates in the queue were imported. However, there were no po files alongside them, so existing upstream translations were not imported. Usually this can be fixed by a no change upload of evolution (and the also affected evolution-data-server) to saucy.
Do you think this can be arranged soon?

Same problem now in Utopic with Evolution 3.12 (.mo files are present for 3.10 only).
