Bug Description
To reproduce: open a tab, inspect the page, and then close the tab. The inspector will stick around, but the page it was inspecting has been closed. Playing with the inspector a little usually leads to a crash.
When the tab is closed, the inspector should also be destroyed.

LOL. I was about to write a bug about this. I can reproduce most of the time, also this inspector lacks a close button. It needs to be pertab instead of just there.
