Bug Description
1) Select "Add account" and then select an account which requires a web-based OAuth page (e.g. Twitter/
2) A page with only a cancel button will open.
3) After a delay, the web-based OAuth page will appear.
Expected result:
While on the page with the cancel button, an ActivityIndicator should be displayed so that the user will know that something is happening and not just mash "Cancel."
