Nexus4: video playback loses frames on Mir

Playing a simple avi file while the display server is Mir is laggy, I can see clear frame skipping.

1. make sure your display server is Mir
2. play a video.

I assume this is maguro again?

Frame skipping is what happens when the time to render one takes longer than ~16ms. And we already have bug 1182930 where it's been observed to take >25ms on maguro.

No, I am seeing this on Mako.

There's an explanation for this mako regression in bug 1235190. I'm going to assume it's all the same issue.
