Bug Description
When I attempt to play an MP3 stream from streamtuner (SHOUTcast) in Audacious with new config files , I get the following error message:
Unable to play files.
The following files could not be played. Please check that:
1. they are accessible.
2. you have enabled the media plugins required.
This happens with any stream. Local files play fine.

I also tried using local playlists containing streams and got the same result. I loaded a stream from Xiph and, in addition to that error, the file browser appears even though I didn't click Add Files.
