Bug Description
The ml2 neutron plugin was added in havana, and its installation and configuration needs to be documented in the OpenStack Installation Guide.
The monolithic openvswitch and linuxbridge plugins are being deprecated in havana and removed in icehouse, so the sections on these plugins should warn users of this.
Since the openvswitch and linuxbridge L2 agents are fully supported with the ml2 plugin in havana and going forward, details on these agents needs to be clearly separated from details on the plugins they are used with. We don't want users to think these L2 agents are being deprecated.
Also, sections on configuring the DHCP, L3, LBaaS, and other agents need updates for configuration with the ML2 plugin. Details that are specific to the L2 agent rather than the plugin may also need updates to make this clear.
Finally, the pluggability of the L3 implementation within the ml2 plugin needs to be documented.
Note that updating the neutron demo to use ml2 is covered separately in bug 1230266.
