Bug Description
The "Set up for deployment use cases" section within the "Installing OpenStack Networking Service" chapter of the "OpenStack Installation Guide" manual(s) shows configuration of the openvswitch plugin and agent. The monolithic openvswitch plugin deprecation has started in havana and it will be removed in icehouse, so the demo should be updated to show configuration of the ml2 plugin with the openvswitch L2 agent instead.
