Bug Description

Networkmanager not visible after logging in, visible before logging in.
Trying to start System-Settings->Network results in a crash.

Seeing this in dmesg after boot:
[ 10.677818] iwlwifi 0000:24:00.0: can't disable ASPM; OS doesn't have ASPM control
[ 10.677894] iwlwifi 0000:24:00.0: irq 59 for MSI/MSI-X

[ 10.774812] iwlwifi 0000:24:00.0: CONFIG_IWLWIFI_P2P disabled

[ 10.774916] iwlwifi 0000:24:00.0: L1 Disabled; Enabling L0S
[ 10.775054] iwlwifi 0000:24:00.0: RF_KILL bit toggled to disable radio.

Cant enable RF_KILL after this with HW button. Worked just a few weeks ago.

Still seeing the coredump from "gnome-control-center network" though, Network manager still not visible after login.
