Bug Description

In the file http://help.ubuntu.com/contributors.html, Luzius Thöny's name is incorrectly encoded as Latin-1 (Luzius Thöny).

You want to fix the encoding error.

Because it is impossible to keep current and cover all contributors, individual names are being removed.
That bug supersedes this one. This one will be set to "won't fix".
