Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. open a terminal window in workspace 1;
2. move to workspace 2;
3. click the terminal icon on the launcher.

What should happen:
* terminal window should receive focus;
* workspace should automatically change from 2 to 1.

What happens instead:
* terminal window receives focus;
* workspace doesn't change.

This is particularly annoying and potentially dangerous, because you are giving focus to a window that you can't see.

This bug looks exactly like bug #683134.

@matthew,

You seem to be running a system that needs updated based on your kernel version. The current kernel in Saucy is 3.11.0-12-generic. Please try updating and see if the issue goes away as this issue is fixed and works correctly on my updated systems.
