the launcher doesn't bring you to the selected applications when it's focussed on a different ws

Binary package hint: unity
Using unity 3.2.0 on natty:
- start unity
- start gedit
- go to the next workspace and click on the gedit icon in the launcher
the launcher should bring you back to gedit, it doesn't

this happens sometimes here.
I noticed than when it happens, switching to an empty ws that the global menu doesn't change (and the launcher still show that the gedit is still focused), even if alt+tab doesn't show it on the next ws.
