can't click on icons on titlebar of applications ,
To reproduce : Start a program , double click on title bar to maximize it , and that's it .. only after a reboot it restores ..
you can move the window if you click under the title bar just a little.

Thanks for reporting this bug.
I cannot reproduce this behavior that you describe. I've tried using a few different apps such as gedit and gnome terminal and they behave as expected when double clicking the title bar to maximize. Are you using a particular application to cause this? Also, I assume you are using Unity and not some other desktop environment, correct?
